Introducing Sublimation
Sublimation is a premium printing process that allows for vibrant, full-color artwork to become part of the fabric itself. Unlike traditional screen printing, where ink is applied on top of the garment, sublimation uses heat to permanently infuse the design into polyester fibers. The result is a smooth, lightweight print that won’t crack, peel, or flake over time.

One of the biggest advantages of sublimation is design freedom. Artwork can include photographs, gradients, patterns, textures, intricate details, and virtually unlimited colors. Designs can also extend across large areas of the garment, including the front, back, sleeves, shoulders, and other areas that may be difficult to achieve with traditional printing methods.
