Screenprinting

Screen printing is a durable and professional printing method that uses ink pressed through a fine mesh screen directly onto the fabric. Each color in the design is applied separately, creating bold, vibrant prints with excellent coverage and long-lasting results. This process is an ideal choice for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, uniforms, team apparel, business apparel, event shirts, and more. It works especially well for designs featuring solid colors, logos, lettering, and detailed artwork.

Unlike sublimation, where the design becomes part of the fabric, screen printing lays ink onto the surface of the garment. This allows for bright, opaque colors on both light and dark garments and gives screen-printed apparel its classic look and feel.

How to Submit Your Screen Print Artwork

Preferred File Types

  • Vector artwork: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG

  • High-resolution artwork: PNG, PSD, TIFF, or JPG

  • Transparent backgrounds are preferred when your design does not require a background.
